1. Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Opened software or memory cards

  • Used or damaged items

3. How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we will cover return shipping.

  • For all other reasons, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Exchanges:
For product exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
